A & D Builders: Mott Cottage

Complete renovation and refurbishment of this early 16th century listed three bedroomed thatched cottage including new build for stables, a separate annex and a traditionally built oak framed cart lodge for two cars and a wood store. Mott Cottage required new thatch and stripping down to the original timber frame. The house was then totally refurbished with a kitchen extension added to match the traditional style of the original building.
