JENKINS FARM
Fire all but destroyed two of the
historic barns at Jenkins Farm.
A&D Builders were commissioned
to re build and restore these
barns using traditional oak craft
for the frames and structure of
the buildings. This included
mortice and tenon, scarf joints,
half lap and peg joints. The
buildings were finished with
weatherboard and slate, the final
result, a complete facsimile of
the old barns that had stood on
this spot for many, many years.
